Return and Cancellation Policy
No Return or Exchange is accepted strictly for unsatisfied items Or Colour difference due to screen resolutions. Before the product is packed for dispatch, we will check thoroughly . Mean while, the video of checking and packing will be recorded. So, we are not responsible for the damages made by others.
If you receive the product which was not ordered by you that means we have sent some other items which does not match your order, we are the responsible. If it happens Drop a Mail (prabhu.ultravalley@gmail.com) or what’s App (9715555554)within 7 days from the date of delivery. After that we won’t accept it.

Exact product which you ordered will be dispatched after receiving the mismatching parcel. No refund is applicable here. If the product of your choice is out of stock, we will replace some other product of the same value which you like. If not , we generate refund Policies.
We under take the shipping charges for returning back.
If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount asap if you have paid for your order.
If the cancellation request is received after your product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the same.
Refund Policy
Refund is Applicable only for the Order which is cancelled before shipping, the product sent in mistaken way and the product which is out of stock after receiving the order as well as payment from customer.
In case of refunding for the above mentioned reasons, We will refund the full amount of the product including shipping charge paid by the customer. It will take 5 to 6 working days. The amount will be refunded to the same account from which you paid already.
